Vintage Porcelain Cologne Bottle w/ Push Down Plunger - Man with Mustache
From the 1960s, this measures approx. 6” high. It has not been tested to see if the plunger works. There is some paint wear, but overall, it is in good condition. Made by I.W. Rice and Company, Japan. (note* we did test the plunger and stuck in a cup of water and did not squirt water out. It may just need a needle stuck in the hole to clear as it seemed to pump okay.
