Vallerysthal White Opaque Glass Comport
Mom was sure this is a piece of Vallerysthal Glass because there is a picture of a similar blue one in the book on Milk Glass by Betty & Bill Newbound – page 24 – top picture, it has the same base and stem, the top is shaped a little differently and it is in blue. This has a balled stem and the base has a paneled scalloped pattern. The bottom of the bowl is entirely paneled and beaded. The rim has painted scallops. The inside is plain. The piece is in excellent condition. (11-25-23-B)
