Ornate China Large Handled Vase – Austria

This is an old 9 ½" china vase, made in Austria. It has an ivory bisque looking finish with a pink top, which is very ornate. It has embossed floral and scrolls and the top has deep ruffled scallops. The bulbous bottom has embossed basket weave and flowers around the base. There is a large hand-painted floral bouquet with gold highlights. The handles also have gold trim which is worn with age. The vase is in excellent shape – no chips or cracks. The bottom is incised with the numbers – 1123. There is, in red ink, a double circle with a crown on top and the letters GG in the center. There is also an eye-shaped oval with the words – Made in Austria. (11-26-23–A)
