Blue & Gold Luster Pottery Leaf Bowl with Black Man - 1958
This is an exceptional piece! It is a 15” tall, blue and gold luster figural black man in a sarong holding an ivory to blue to brown leaf paneled 13” wide bowl on his head and hands. The piece was made in 1958 by Lane & Company, Van Nuys, CA. It is in excellent condition and weighs 5 lbs. There is an 1/8” tiny, repaired chip on his little toe with matching luster paint.
