Antique Doulton Lambeth Stoneware Salt Glazed Bottle – 1881
This is a 7 ½" gray stoneware pottery bottle with an ornate blue top with blue floral collar and 1” band of blue checks. The handle is brown with more decoration of green leaves with flowers. It is marked on the 2 ¼"squarish bottom – incised Doulton Lambeth 1881 – B800. The cork has never been removed and is broken off. The bottle even has a small pouring spout.
