This is a pair of Westmoreland crystal Jack-Be-Nimble toy candlesticks. They measure 1 7/8” tall and have a six-sided base. Heisey also made these candlesticks (1908-1944) but the handle does not touch the bowl. Excellent condition. $30.00 OBO per set of 2.
