Rare Vintage Royal Doulton Kate Greenway Stick Pin Holder

Small hat or stick poin holder from kate Greenway. She has on a hat with a blue band around it. Sort of a rope looking dress around her with brown spots and blue outlines. Crudely hand painted and even the holes were crudely put in but no chips or cracks. (12-16-23-D)
