This is an 8 ½" beautiful hand-decorated plate with yellow, Brown-eyed Susan floral design. The background is done in pastel colors. It is signed by the artist at the stem. There is gold trim around the scalloped rim. The back has two marks. In the brown, it has a double circle “Hand-Painted China by W A Pickard. The other one is green crossed sabers or flowers (?) J & C. The Geo H Bowman Co., Cleveland Ohio, “Findlay” Bavaria. The plate is in excellent condition – no chips, cracks, scratches, or blemishes. (1-19-24-D)
