Large Old Bisque Figurine Girl in Yellow Dress

This is a 12” tall, old bisque figure of a girl in a yellow hat with a peasant dress, holding up the apron part. She has a bunch of veggies in her arm. She is standing on a rocky brown and green base. The base is marked on the bottom with a “J” and embossed numbers 924 and 23. I am not sure if she is German or French. I have had her for at least 40 years. This piece is in beautiful condition and there are no chips or cracks. (1-13-24-B)
