This looks to be handmade. The color on the back of the bird is blotchy, as are the petals and leaves on the base. It is incised Kay Finch B Calif. The cute little bird id 4” wide, 3 ¾" long and stands 3” high. His beak is skinned in a tiny spot that is not too noticeable. (11-18-23-A)
