This is a beautiful hand-decorated 8 ½" Limoge plate. It has a heavy gold scalloped rim. The background is blue and yellow/brown shading with bunches of Forget Me Nots. It is signed on the back in green – Haviland France. Excellent condition. (11-19-23-D)
