This is a bluish gray and blue figural pheasant on an oval base by Karl Ens Volkstedt. The piece is 6 ½" long and 4” tall. It is signed by the artist, under glaze – (Randy C ----alk or t). I believe this is German. There are embossed numbers also and it is in excellent condition.
