Crystal Scalloped and Pleated Candy Dish with Handle

This is a pretty crystal candy dish with a stem handle. It has six scallops with solid ribs or pleats. The rim is serrated on the edge, but plain on top. There are some arches with a star in each. Excellent condition. (11-03-23-A)
