Cobalt Blue Glass Deco Creamer

This is a 4 ½" cobalt blue glass footed creamer. It has a squarish handle and a paneled deco design. It was made by the Diamond Glassware Company in the Victory pattern, made in 1929. Cobalt is scarce. There is a chip on the base.
