Art Pottery Clay Pot with Incised Design

This is a dark green clay pot with rings of incised design. It has bright dark blue trim and with the design, the red clay gives it an attractive contrast. It is unmarked and measures 4 ¼" tall with a width of approximately 4 ½". Very nice condition. We are unsure if the white dots are part of the pattern or if we wet it they would go away?? Not sure how the pot is used. (4-13-24-D)
